1. Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Conference:

In an endeavor to spread awareness about IP rights , Anindus in collaboration with the CII, the Indian Patent Office (IPO), and the Institute of Business Laws (IBL), organized a seminar cum workshop on IP management in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in 2007 at the India Habitat Center, New Delhi. A number of eminent speakers shared their valued thoughts on the topic 'Identify and Exploit IP to multiply business advantages'. The addressing learned community included Dr. Chandra Pal, Secretary to Government of India and M/o Micro SME, Mr. Dominic Keating, First Secretary for IP (Embassy of USA, India ), Mr. Anjan Das from CII, and Dr. Malathi Lakshmikumaran, Lead Consultant, Anindus.

2. Happy Hours:

At Anindus, Happy Hours are organized regularly to recharge one's mind, body, and spirit. Happy Hours is a fun-filled event, conducted in the office premises, which includes a number of activities, such as talent hunt competitions, one-minute games, and puzzle plots, along with a power feast.

3. Holi & Diwali Bash:

Every year Holi and Diwali celebrations are adorned by games, decoration of cubicles, and a dance party.

4. Independence Day Celebrations:

On this important day, Anindus rejuvenates with a spirit of patriotism and unites under one roof to celebrate the spirit of being Indian.

5. New Year Celebrations:

The New Year celebrations are held with great zeal and exuberance. The highlight of the 2009 New Year bash was the crowning of Mr. and Miss Anindus and announcement of Organizational and Business Excellence Awards.
