Patent Prosecution - Response to Office Action
Anindus undertakes drafting and preparation of responses for various patent prosecution activities such as responding to Office Action/ Examination Report. The objections may pertain to some formalities that have not been complied with or to more fundamental issues like patentability of the subject matter of the invention.
Objections raised by a Patent Office have to be responded to in strict adherence to the specified deadlines. We have a dedicated prosecution team to help our clients manage the prosecution process. The Office Action/ Examination Report response includes:-
- Preliminary draft of office action responses based on Anindus analysis and any guidance provided by inventor and client legal counsel
- Proposals for amendments and arguments in response to the objections
